- Internet Partners' support for dial-up Internet customers only pertains to software
configuration for connecting to the Internet. Hardware problems, training and software
expiration may not be covered under Internet Partners, Inc.'s support policies for dial-up Internet
customers. We will be happy to work with you at our normal hourly rate on these issues.
