  • Our regular hours of support are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Please call our main phone number:

  • Support questions can be emailed to our support staff.
  • Internet Partners' support for dial-up Internet customers only pertains to software configuration for connecting to the Internet. Hardware problems, training and software expiration may not be covered under Internet Partners, Inc.'s support policies for dial-up Internet customers. We will be happy to work with you at our normal hourly rate on these issues.
